Private 1-1 Hypnobirthing Course (in person or online)

What does the course entail:

• The full course taught to you privately. This can be done via zoom or face to face and means that the classes can be tailored to suit your needs.

• We talk about the mind and the science around birth including how labour hormones help and hinder the birthing process

• We will plan your birth environment and give practical ways to make it more conducive to birth

• We learn techniques to keep you calm and make birth more comfortable.

• We look at your birthing team and the birth partners role

• We cover physical preparations for birth 

• We discuss what happens after labour and birth and what options you have

• You will learn the facts and biology around the birthing body - once you understand what is happening it is a lot less scary

• This course include a 30 minute catch up call before the birth for any last minute discussions and support
