Full Birth Preparation and Hypnobirthing Group (Online and In person)

An antenatal course to support every birther in every setting- whether you want a drug-free water birth at home, an epidural during an induction on labour ward or a caesarean section in theatre. Delivered by Tasha or Katie, fully qualified Hypnobirthing instructors, learn how to write a fullyinformed birth plan for every stage of labour, what to pack in your hospital bag, how to advocate for your preferences, relaxation and distraction techniques to stay calm, tips to boost helpful hormones, comfortable positions, how to deal with any pain (including pain relief options) and how to be the best birth partner.

Giving birth is an incredible and life altering experience. You have spent 40 (ish) weeks making a human and you are excited, overwhelmed, full of love and probably a bit uncomfortable and ready to meet them. Before you get to see them you have to give birth and if this fills you with dread, maybe because it is your first time and an unknown or maybe because of past experiences you are not alone!

There is also the added benefit that on a group course you will meet a team of people who although all different will link to you in different ways - having babies at the same time and being there for one another is very powerful and should not be overlooked! We have certainly made lifelong friends through the courses we have attended and our babies are born weeks apart.

There is no denying it ‘Hypnobirthing’ is a terrible name. Yes it does stir up images of birthers being hypnotised into silently breathing their baby out (which does sometimes happen) BUT it is so much more than that. Keep reading!
