What does the course entail:
These sessions have a focus on having a positive Caesarean birth.
These sessions are bespoke and we can tailor the content for your needs and your worries.
What you get on the course:
2.5 hour private one-to-one session + 30 minutes remote support
You will come away with a full birth plan and support moving forward in your journey.
We will sign post you to all the information that you need to feel empowered on the day and also to help with your recovery.
