Congratulations on your pregnancy and thank you for booking a course with me. I hope this is that start of a really special journey and you feeling excited about your birth. 

Here is some info about paying for your courses and what we can do if you need to postpone or cancel.

You are probably bored of hearing this by now BUT here at The Positive Birth Project we are GDPR compliant. This means that your data will be held securely, I may email you from time to time - you can opt out of this at any time.

Please always contact me if you have questions. 

The course: Hypnobirthing course over 4 x 2.5 sessions - I will sometimes run over if the group has lots of questions. 

Course fee: As stated on the website.

Deposit: £50. This deposit is non refundable. You can postpone the course and move your course date for a £20 administration fee. 

Payment of balance: please pay this one week before the first class. If the payment is not received within 24 hours of the start of the course you will not be able to join - please contact me if you have extenuating circumstances.

If you have to cancel a 1-1 class because of sickness I will endeavour to move it to a convenient later date. For group classes I will endeavour to invite you to the next available class or send a recording so you can keep up with your group and in any event will ensure that you get class content via email. 

With those attending one off courses and not the full hypnobirthing course, if you cannot attend I will do my best to add you to the next course but this may not always be possible.

What if your baby is born before the end of the course? Some babies are born sooner than expected! If your baby surprises you may request a refund of the sessions pro rata minus the deposit. 

Classes run in Olney, Milton Keynes and on Zoom for those from further afield.
