Induction Course

2.5 hour course. Induction is becoming a very normal intervention for the NHS to suggest to birthers and their partners. If you have had it suggested to you, this course covers what is involved, how to have a positive induction, and what questions you should ask your care provider.
This course can be run whenever you like, it may be that the week you need it I have others on a group and you can hop onto that but it can also be 1-1.
The course includes traditional hypnobirthing skills taught that will help you have a positive birth.
Access to some materials and MP3s contained in the full hypnobirthing course as they might be of use. Includes a follow up 30 min chat if you need it closer to the birth to chat birth plans.
