Giving birth is an incredible and life altering experience. You have spent 40 (ish) weeks making a human and you are excited, overwhelmed, full of love and probably a bit uncomfortable and ready to meet them. Before you get to see them you have to give birth and if this fills you with dread, maybe because it is your first time and an unknown or maybe because of past experiences you are not alone!
Feeling scared and alone does not have to be your reality. By dismantling your fear and unpacking why you feel the way you do we can build excitement instead. There is the added benefit that on a group course you will meet a team of people who although all different will link to you in different ways - having babies at the same time and being there for one another is very powerful and should not be overlooked! I have certainly made lifelong friends through the courses I have attended and our babies are born weeks apart.
